Shipping policy

All our items are made to order (unless stipulated otherwise). We aim to get most of our products made and shipped within 5-7 working days. Some products such as cushions, banners, bunting, skirts and dresses will take 14 working days to custom make.

If you have a deadline coming up, please make us aware when ordering and we can advise whether the date is achievable taking into account postal timeframes too.

We are U.K based and use Royal Mail for delivery of most products. These are the timescales they suggest on their website:

U.K. Orders are generally sent 1st class should arrive in 1-2 days.
European orders they aim to deliver in 3-5 working days
Worldwide orders they aim to deliver in 7-10 working days

We send international orders by standard mail to keep costs down for our customers, by offering a low cost shipping option.

We do however recommend upgrading to tracked postage on international orders for peace of mind (they tend to arrive sooner too), please ask if you’d like to upgrade.

WARNING: These times are not guaranteed so it’s best to order as early as possible. You will need to allow extra time for delivery if you live in a country with an infrequent postal service, or there are postal strikes, bad weather, or at peak times such as Christmas.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
